چکیده
The benefits of adopting collaborative approaches in the construction industry, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Lean Construction (LC), an integrated manner are widely acknowledged academia industry. Once organizations have embraced BIM, IPD, LC integration (BIL), a measurement method for evaluating their progress planning continuous improvement is required. However, there no accepted capability assessment model, Maturity Models (MMs), to effectively assess productivity improvements all three based on interdependencies between them. first step process BIL MM development identifying critical attributes integration. This research investigates interrelationships use maturity models, determining how BIM IPD can support application principles. mixed methods approach was adopted, literature review two-round Delphi survey were conducted data collection. findings revealed number complementarities LC. panel experts agreed upon five major 24 sub-attributes LC, which formed structure presented framework. significance this study provide basis that intend implement manner. Interrelating these framework also supports evaluation organizations’ towards realistic goals improvement.

Lean Construction, Building Information Modelling and Sustainability
This paper investigates the mutual relations of three current drivers of construction: lean construction, building information modelling and sustainability. These drivers are based on infrequently occurring changes, only incidentally simultaneous, in their respective domains. It is contended that the drivers are mutually supportive and thus synergistic. They are aligned in the sense that all re...
متن کاملImplementation of Integrated Project Delivery and Building Information Modeling on a Small Commercial Project
Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) seeks to improve project outcomes through a collaborative approach of aligning the incentives and goals of the project team through shared risk and reward, early involvement of all parties, and a multi-party agreement. The coupling of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with IPD enables a level of collaboration that not only improves efficiency and reduces erro...
متن کاملAnalysis Framework for the Interaction between Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling
Building with Building Information Modelling (BIM) changes design and production processes. But can BIM be used to support process changes designed according to lean production and lean construction principles? To begin to answer this question we provide a conceptual analysis of the interaction of lean construction and BIM for improving construction. This was investigated by compiling a detaile...
متن کاملThe Interaction of Lean and Building Information Modeling in Construction
Lean construction and Building Information Modeling are quite different initiatives, but both are having profound impacts on the construction industry. A rigorous analysis of the myriad specific interactions between them indicates that a synergy exists which, if properly understood in theoretical terms, can be exploited to improve construction processes beyond the degree to which it might be im...
متن کاملA Novel Evaluation Method for Building Construction Project Based on Integrated Information Entropy with Reliability Theory
Selecting construction schemes of the building engineering project is a complex multiobjective optimization decision process, in which many indexes need to be selected to find the optimum scheme. Aiming at this problem, this paper selects cost, progress, quality, and safety as the four first-order evaluation indexes, uses the quantitative method for the cost index, uses integrated qualitative a...
